About us
Junkfunk began in 2003 on a market stall in Spitalfields, London, selling bold graphic T-shirts with a clean, contemporary edge. What started as a small independent setup quickly developed a loyal following, leading to the opening of a permanent shop in Brighton. The brand traded there for over a decade, becoming part of the city’s creative fabric before the store closed in 2017.
Rooted in a love of visual storytelling, Junkfunk draws inspiration from music, film, subcultures and the everyday chaos that sparks sharp ideas.
Today, every product is made to order using high-quality garments and responsible production methods. Independent by nature and design-led at its core, Junkfunk continues to create quirky Tees and sweatshirts, we have relaunched some old design favourites as well. We hope you like them...
