Everything at Junkfunk is printed to order, which means your T-shirt is made especially for you the moment you hit “buy.” Because of this, we can’t take returns or exchanges for changes of mind or sizing mix-ups — so please double-check the size guide before ordering.

That said, we want you to be genuinely happy with what you receive.

If something’s not right

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not quite what you expected, just drop us a message within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll sort a replacement or refund straight away — no fuss, no drama.

Cancelling an order

Once you place an order, it goes into production pretty quickly. We can usually only cancel within 1 hour, so if you change your mind please contact us as soon as possible.

Sizing troubles

Because each item is made to order, we can’t offer size exchanges. Please check the size chart on the product page — it’ll save you the headache later.

Returns address

Our products are printed at different fulfilment centres, so please don’t send anything back to our business address. If we’ve approved a replacement or refund, we’ll guide you through the correct steps.

Missing deliveries

If your parcel seems to have gone on holiday without you, do let us know so we can find out what has happened and get it resolved.
