Welcome to Junkfunk.com. Every product we sell is printed to order and shipped directly from one of Gelato’s global production partners. This helps reduce waste, speed up delivery, and keep our environmental footprint low.


How Our Shipping Works

Once you place an order, it’s automatically sent to our production partner (Gelato) for printing. Each item is made specifically for you — we don’t hold stock.

Production Time

Most products are printed within 1–3 business days.
This may vary slightly during peak seasons.

After printing, your order is packed and sent out with the selected shipping method.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the production hub assigned.

  • UK: approx. 5–10 business days

  • Europe: approx. 5–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: approx. 5–12 business days

  • Rest of World: approx. 7–20 business days

These estimates include production + shipping.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Please note: delivery times may vary due to customs delays, seasonal volume, or courier issues.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address

  • Product type

  • Gelato’s shipping fees

We do not profit from shipping charges — they reflect our fulfilment partner’s rates.

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.


Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship from different production hubs.
This means they could arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, import duties or customs fees may apply once the parcel reaches your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as we cannot control or predict them.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
We cannot reship or refund orders that fail to arrive due to incorrect address details.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at orders@junkfunk.com — we can usually fix it if the order hasn’t entered production yet.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Contains a printing error

  • Never arrives

  • Is severely delayed

Please email us at orders@junkfunk.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue (if applicable)

We’ll work with Gelato to arrange a replacement or refund.
